A discussion list devoted to the sharing of information, news, articles, events, and ideas related to LGBT issues at UTK and in higher education in general. List traffic is sometimes heavy, but a digest
version, which only sends one e-mail per day is available. The list is not moderated, but is archived and searchable.
Safe Zone
Safe Zone is a voluntary network of faculty, staff and students who believe that every member of the UT community should have an equal opportunity to grow and learn in safe and open environments.
Participants display a Safe Zone symbol to demonstrate their nurturance and commitment to celebrating the invaluable contributions of LGBT individuals and communities.
